“YouMind” (2025)

AI startup, Hangzhou ¡ fullstack intern, summer 2025

Three months in Hangzhou, summer of 2025. The product turns a YouTube or Bilibili link into a transcript and a summary; I worked on the surfaces around that engine rather than the engine itself.

The first piece was a set of SEO tool pages in Next.js and TypeScript — a visitor arrives with a link, the core engine returns the transcript, and the page is something a search engine can index. The second was the part I would keep: a programmatic-SEO pipeline for the operations team, running keyword research through page templating into LLM-written drafts, so that producing a page stopped being a person's afternoon. The third was a viral page — you give it a Twitter handle and it returns a 3D avatar with a short character reading — designed as much as built.

What I cannot show you is whether any of it worked. I left before the traffic data meant anything, and I did not keep it. The engineering was real and the outcome is unmeasured, which is the honest shape of most growth work done in a summer.
